The Team
For the size of our tax consulting and auditing company, we have many professionals. This is the consequence of our claim to provide our clients with comprehensive advice at a high level of quality. We work for each client in a team – never alone! We share knowledge and always put team success – satisfied clients – in the foreground of our actions.
Our corporate culture
is based on the values of trust and respect for others. This applies to the interaction within the team, but especially to the interaction with our clients. We see ourselves as service providers – this means that we also support each other as a team and work together on our success with passion.

"KHS is a firm focused on very demanding clients with international operations. We are an interdisciplinary team of tax advisors and auditors that takes a passionate and problem-solving approach to consulting. As a team member, you will support our clients in all issues related to tax and business administration. In addition to the challenging work, you will hopefully also find a lot of fun with us; we are a harmonious team and maintain a very open and honest interaction. We spend our lunch breaks together and also organize various events. We will pay you an above-average training salary and there are also other benefits, e.g. job ticket, tax-free vouchers. Training and further education is very important to us, so we will also offer you further situational training. Due to the international environment in which we operate, we offer all KHS employees the opportunity to participate in weekly in-house English courses. We only train for our own needs, which means we plan with you for the long term! For us, a shortening of the apprenticeship is also a matter of course in case of given qualifications"
What do we expect from our trainees (m/f/d)?
"We expect you to have a passion for your profession – this means, in particular, that you enjoy your training. It means that you enjoy learning and working with us. Furthermore, we expect the usual qualities from you, such as reliability, honesty, accurate work, a good knowledge of German, a good knowledge of English is an advantage and basic knowledge of MS Office. Good grades in school are also important to us, but for us the person is always in the foreground, so feel free to apply if you feel addressed."
What does my working day at KHS look like?
"We start the day between 8:30 and 9:00 am. As part of your training, you are a team member and work on all current tasks, which is, for example, assisting with the preparation of an income tax return, posting business transactions or preparing data in MS-Excel. Every day is different! At the same time, you will also assist with the organization of the office, but this is not a "please scan this" task. Instead, you will take responsibility for certain processes in our office – you will be your "own boss" in certain areas. The workday ends around 5:00 pm."
